isscript.msi missing,itunes

I have search out and use several methods to try and fix this error.It works on my laptop but not on my PC.I just want to used my iphone with my PC.Does anyone have any ideas or possibly done this?

delete all occurrences of apple and its products,ect but nothing seems to work.
